Cockroach control separates two very different pests. German cockroaches breed indoors in kitchens and bathrooms, hide in appliance motors, cabinet hinges, and dishwasher voids, and are handled with baits, growth regulators, and crack-and-crevice work plus honest prep instructions for the homeowner. Oriental and smokybrown cockroaches come in from outside through crawl space vents, floor drains, and door sweeps, and the fix is exterior exclusion and moisture correction rather than repeat kitchen spraying.
